Trish Irwin Listing & Settlement Coordinator
Trish is a native of Philadelphia Pennsylvania and has vacationed at Rehoboth Beach since she was a child. She has lived in Pittsburgh, Nantucket and Colorado and now makes her home in Lewes with her husband Keith and daughter Riley.
Trish brings together many of the details necessary to market your property such as putting your property into the Multi-List System, creating custom brochures, postcard and flyers. Trish is also responsible for maintaining the Beachteam website as well as the REALTOR.com website.
Trish coordinates all the details for our settlements including ordering inspections and tests, transferring utilities, working with attorneys, and communicating with all parties to ensure each settlement is as stress free as possible.
