Pat Campbell-White – Team Founder
First entering the real estate profession in 1974, Pat Campbell-White has built a successful career based on personal service and attention to detail. Pat holds many professional designations that she has earned in her 30 + years of real estate. These include: Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Certified Brokerage Manager (CBR), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Graduate Realtors Institute (GRI) and Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES). She has served in numerous leadership positions including Regional Vice-President of the National Association of Realtors, President of the Delaware Association of Realtors and also President of Sussex County Association of Realtors. In summary, Pat has an unequalled reputation for Real Estate knowledge and client satisfaction.
Pat has trained Real Estate Professionals locally and nationwide on subjects such as Professional Standards, New Member Orientation, Leadership Training, Fair Housing and Cultural Diversity. Carla Miller Scheder- Associate Broker
Carla is a native of Rehoboth Beach and a resident of nearby Lewes. She has been a licensed REALTOR since 1995. Prior to joining the Beachteam, she spent many years in Rehoboth and Dewey Beach resort rentals giving her an extensive knowledge of the area. Her commitment to superior customer service, dedication to client satisfaction, attention to detail and personal integrity has resultedin a successful Real Estate career that she thoroughly enjoys.

Erin Marsh Lee - Realtor
One of Erin's greatest attributes is her ability to service her clients to the fullest. Her extroverted personality allows her to connect with people from all walks of life. She has an inherent sense when it comes to identifying her clients' needs, assisting them in realizing and achieving their dreams whether they are purchasing or selling a home.
As a tenth generation Rehoboth Beach native, Erin's extensive knowledge of the area is paramount to her success in local real estate. Erin attended Delaware State University where she received a degree in Clothing, Textiles, and Fashion Merchandising. She also has extensive knowledge of the Spanish language, which has proven to be quite an asset with the growing population of Sussex County.

Georgiann Little – Realtor
Georgiann was born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland. She moved with her family to Ocean City, Maryland in 1983. She became a well-respected business owner in the beauty industry there.
Her love and care for helping people lead her into Delaware real estate. Georgiann has been the recipient of awards from RE/MAX International Executive Club and has also been awarded on a local level for Top Transactions and Volume. She specializes in residential sales working with buyers relocating to Sussex County. Her extensive knowledge of the county allows her to expertly service all types of properties. She attributes her success to her dedication to detail and customer referrals.
Georgiann and husband, Harvey resides in Millsboro, DE. Their children and grandchildren live nearby. Georgiann values education and dedication. Her father told her at a young age "treat people the same way that you would want them to treat you". Georgiann has found a great amount of truth in following that golden rule. It is for that reason that she participates and volunteers every year for the annual Realtor's Auction dedicated to helping families in need in the local community.

Kathy Wilson - Realtor
Kathy is originally from New Castle County, Delaware. She had spent the last 35 years vacationing in the Rehoboth Beach area and decided to make the beach her home. Her two children have attended schools in the Cape Henlopen School District where they have thrived and enjoyed sports and academics.
Kathy spent several years working in new home sales for a custom home builder in Lewes. She thoroughly enjoyed helping clients go from blue prints to finished product.
She joined RE/MAX in 2009 and most recently the Beachteam in 2010. Kathy specializes in residential sales which includes servicing both buyers and sellers. Her love and knowledge of the area ensures her clients will receive outstanding service as well as having all the tools and information they need to make well informed decisions. Her goal is to make the process as worry free and streamlined as possible.

Tiffany Carver-O'Malley – Realtor

Trish Irwin – Real Estate Coordinator
Trish is originally from Springfield Pennsylvania and has grown up spending summers in Rehoboth Beach with her family. Trish graduated with a bachelor's degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 1993. She has since lived in Pittsburgh, Nantucket and Colorado. Trish moved to Delaware in 2000, and currently lives in Lewes with her husband and daughter.
Trish brings together many of the details necessary to successfully market your property. She updates our listings on multiple websites, and does print adverting through weekly and monthly publications. She also markets the Beachteam's listings through flyers and postcards. Trish helps the agents coordinate details for settlements by communicating with clients and attorneys to ensure each settlement is as stress free as possible.

Nancy Richardson – Administrative Assistant
Nancy has over 40 years of administrative office experience and has actively practiced real estate for about nine years in Baltimore County, Maryland. She and her husband have been coming to the Rehoboth Beach area for over 25 years so; it was an easy decision to retire here in September 2001.
Working with the Beachteam is so very enjoyable to her because of having a position where she can get involved in a variety of things; it's what makes her happy. Nancy's strong suit is her friendly manner and eagerness to make you feel welcome and get you the information you are requesting.
