Carla C. Miller REALTOR®
Carla is a native of Rehoboth Beach. She has been a licensed REALTOR for 13 years. Her commitment to superior customer service, dedication to client satisfaction, attention to detail and personal integrity has resulted in a successful Real Estate career that she thoroughly enjoys. She finds it rewarding to assist the public in finding the perfect property whether it is a primary home, investment purchase, land development project, retirement home or a beach retreat.
In 1989 at the age of 16 she began her Real Estate career as a rental assistant to a local rental office. After obtaining her Real Estate license in 1995 she was promoted to rental agent. Helping seasonal and weekly renters secure vacation homes as well as maintaining many year round accounts kept Carla busy for the next six years.
In 2001 Carla transferred to RE/MAX Realty Group and began actively listing and selling homes. She assists Pat in whatever capacity necessary. Within the Beachteam she works closely with team agents and assistants to coordinate details on each transaction and ensure as stress free of an experience as possible for buyers and sellers.
In October of 2004 Carla earned her Senior Real Estate Specialist designation. SRES is the only designation and marketing program specifically designed to serve the senior property owner. SRES designees demonstrate requisite knowledge and expertise to counsel senior clients through the major financial and lifestyle transitions involved in relocating, refinancing or selling a home.
In order to better serve her clients, Carla started working one-on-one with a Business Coach from Buffini & Company, #1 real estate coaching and training company in America. Her business is focused on working by referral and she has positioned herself on a fast track to professional success by utilizing all the benefits of having a personal accountability partner. She is also committed to participating in a variety of training and productivity resources, including events to sharpen her skills and knowledge of the real estate market.
Carla is married to her husband of 10 years, Chris Miller. Their two children Luke 7 and Grace 5 attend Rehoboth Elementary. Chris and Carla strive to spend as much time as possible together as a family, knowing children grow up all too fast!
